More Helping Babies Breathe Resuscitators arrive. To date ELSSA has trained nearly 200 midwives in South Sudan and given each a reusable baby resuscitator. This is a new purchase of 200 more resuscitators on their way to Africa. 1 in 10 babies don't breathe at birth BUT with a Resuscitator and a properly trained midwife they will - thousands of babies will live.
